Joinery, finish and programme under one roof
Display joinery is often what makes or breaks a store. Our carpenters build counters, shelving and feature walls off-site while approvals and site works progress, which keeps quality high and saves time on site.
We understand that every closed day costs money. You get a realistic programme, regular updates and honest communication if anything changes.
Retail fit-out questions
How much does a retail fit-out cost in Dubai?
Cost depends on the unit size, its condition at handover, mall requirements, the amount of custom joinery and the finish level. We give you an itemised quote after a site visit and design brief, so you can see where the budget goes and where it can be adjusted.
How long does a shop fit-out take?
Small units and kiosks can be completed quickly, while larger stores and flagships take longer. Mall and authority approvals are often the longest part, so we prepare submissions early and give you a programme with the quote.
Do you handle mall approvals?
Yes. We prepare drawings to the mall's design manual, submit them to the landlord's fit-out team, coordinate Civil Defence and MEP requirements and attend inspections through to handover.
Can you work with our brand guidelines?
Yes. We can design a new concept or follow your existing brand standards and store manual, adapting them to the unit and to local requirements.
Can you refurbish our store while we stay open?
In many cases, yes. We can phase the works or work at night to keep your store trading, subject to mall rules.
Do you make custom display furniture?
Yes. Counters, shelving, display tables, feature walls and storage are built by our own carpentry team and finished to your specification.
