For custom-built items, we will personally deliver material samples to your site and provide shop drawings for your approval. Only after sign-off will we begin off-site fabrication. Please keep in mind that producing high-quality pieces takes time, so we appreciate your patience. We conduct internal quality checks, testing, and commissioning, followed by snagging and de-snagging. Finally, we perform client inspections to ensure complete satisfaction before handing over the project.
